1、清理設(shè)備：在開機前應(yīng)對設(shè)備的工作臺、機械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進(jìn)行擦拭，與型材直接接觸部位應(yīng)用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈，以免污染型材，必要時還可用吹塵對工作臺表面等部位進(jìn)行吹塵清理；

2. Check fasteners: Loose mechanical connection fasteners on equipment often lead to process problems during processing, and may even cause equipment malfunctions or unsafe factors. For fasteners that may become loose due to frequent adjustments or normal use during work, it is necessary to regularly check and tighten them in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment operates under safe conditions;

3、檢查潤滑部位：對于設(shè)備運行中具有相對運動的定動接觸面，如機床導(dǎo)軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應(yīng)根據(jù)運動特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進(jìn)行潤滑。具體設(shè)備機械結(jié)構(gòu)不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設(shè)備而定。開齒穿條機在門窗設(shè)備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體，每次開機之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內(nèi)的油面高度，并使之保持準(zhǔn)確的油面高度。

3. Check lubrication parts: For fixed contact surfaces with relative motion during equipment operation, such as the surface of machine guide rails, various bearings and shafts that require lubrication, lubricating oil or grease should be added according to factors such as motion characteristics for lubrication. Before starting each time, the oil level in the oil mist cup of the machine must be checked to maintain an accurate oil level height.
