1、準(zhǔn)備:首先，按走線方向?qū)⒒母鲗?dǎo)混裝好，同時將黏劑按比例調(diào)整好，啟動烘箱的加熱系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)達到相應(yīng)的設(shè)定溫度后，再開啟傳動電機，即可開涂布生產(chǎn);

1. Preparation: Firstly, mix the substrates according to the direction of the wiring, adjust the adhesive in proportion, start the heating system of the oven, and when the corresponding set temperature is reached, turn on the transmission motor to start coating production;

2、涂布:放卷裝置的基材先要經(jīng)過網(wǎng)紋混，上膠涂布后，再經(jīng)過烘道進行干澡，即完成涂布工藝;3、復(fù)合:經(jīng)EPC氣液糾偏進入復(fù)合部分，并與卷部分的基材貼合，就實現(xiàn)了復(fù)合工藝;

2. Coating: The substrate of the unwinding device needs to be first mixed with mesh, coated with adhesive, and then dried in a drying bath through a drying channel to complete the coating process; 3. Composite: After EPC gas-liquid correction, it enters the composite part and adheres to the substrate of the roll part to achieve the composite process;

4、冷卻收卷:冷卻卷之后就完成了基材的整體生產(chǎn)加工。
